Fresh off completing part two of their desired Treble, Juventus will look to wrap up the Serie A campaign on a good note as they take on Bologna.
The Bianconeri cruised to an easy 3-0 win over Crotone – as expected – and in the process, clinched the Scudetto for an unprecedented sixth straight time. It was the perfect way to complete a week that saw them defeat Lazio in the Coppa Italia whilst setting yet another record. No team had ever won three straight Coppa Italia prizes – until Juventus, that is.
Massimiliano Allegri’s men surely will now be totally focused on their upcoming Champions League showdown with Real Madrid next week. Both teams have a lot riding on this game, naturally. La Vecchia Signora are hoping to end their 21 year long wait to be crowned champions of Europe. Meanwhile, Real Madrid are seeking to become the first team to win back-to-back titles since the Champions League was re-formatted in 1992.
With that crucial clash in mind, Allegri may opt to mix things up for this game. After all, Juventus have already been crowned champions of Europe, and as such, key players could be given a much-needed rest. As for upcoming opponents Bologna, they have alternated between a loss and a win in their last five fixtures, and come into this game having lost 3-0 to AC Milan last weekend.
Still, the Rossoblu don’t have to worry about safety, as they sit in 15th place ahead of this game. Hence, the only incentive they may have – if any – will be to put on a good showing in front of their home fans in their final game of the 2016/2017 Serie A season.

Bologna vs Juventus: Prediction
Allegri is expected to rotate his squad for this fixture. After all, Juventus have already won the Scudetto, and all hands will be needed on deck to deal with reigning champions Real Madrid next week. Meanwhile, Bologna have a bad record against the Bianconeri. Not only have they won just two out their last 28 meetings with Juventus, but also have failed to score in five out of their last six games against the reigning Serie A champions.
Even with a “weakened” side, Juventus should be able to warm up for their Champions League tie with a straightforward win here.
